Born in Colorado, Celia has been a Londoner for 30 years – starting out as a private chef for film director Stanley Kubrick, she went on to author 9 cookbooks. Her newest book, "SuperVeg: The Joy & Power of the 25 Healthiest Vegetables on the Planet" was published in 2018 by Murdoch Books in the UK, USA, Australia and Holland. She founded and runs the original London food tour business, Gastrotours. She has held an exclusive license to run her tasting tours at Borough Market for the last 15 years and writes regularly for their website.
